Returns & Exchanges
At Faluxe Cosmetics, we want you to love your skincare experience. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of any unused or manufacturer-defective product within 5 days of delivery. All approved returns will be refunded through the original form of payment.
For manufacturing defects or incorrectly supplied orders, please email us at faluxe.cosmetics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and product details in the email.
Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, sealed, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at faluxe.cosmetics@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide further instructions and a return address.
Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to assess the returned item upon receipt before processing your exchange or refund.
Exchanges Policy
We accept exchanges for unused or manufacturer-defective items. Exchange requests are subject to the same conditions and timelines as our return policy.
No Credit Policy
Please note that Faluxe Cosmetics does not offer store credit for returned items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund via the original payment method. Refunds may take up to seven business days to appear in your account after processing. We’ll notify you via email as soon as your refund has been initiated.
You can also track your parcel’s delivery status through your carrier using the tracking number provided. To ensure a smooth refund process, please make sure all items comply with our return policy conditions.
